Regina, an Everytown Survivor Fellow, will be honored by the Mercer County Commission on the Status of Women along with five other women. The event takes place on Tuesday March 31 at 6 p.m. at the Mercer Oaks Clubhouse in West Windsor, NJ.
On Tuesday, March 31, 2020, the Mercer County Commission on the Status of Women and Mercer County Executive Brian M. Hughes will host a cocktail reception at Mercer Oaks Clubhouse in Princeton Junction to present awards for the Woman of Achievement and the Young Woman of Achievement. The Woman of Achievement Award was established to honor a Mercer County resident who volunteers her time to make the county a better place to live, raise a family, and work. The Young Woman of Achievement Award honors a high school student for her outstanding volunteer work within the county.
Being honored with the Woman of Achievement Award are Halina Bustin, Denise Daniels, and Regina Thompson Jenkins. Mehar Bajwa, Namiaya Kelton, and Lanae Lopez will receive the Young Woman of Achievement Award.
Reservation and payment are required by March 11, 2020.
