Alec Karakatsanis, founder and executive director of the Civil Rights Corps, will discuss “The Bureaucracy of Human Caging." Karakatsanis has previously served as a civil rights lawyer and public defender, and co-founder of the legal nonprofit Equal Justice Under Law.
